HOLLY TERRENS

Holly Terrens, female flute dj, hollyterrens
  • Holly showed an interest in music from a young age, but it wasn’t until she picked up a flute at the age of 10, that she fell in love with music. She is a classically trained flautist and graduate of the Queensland Conservatorium of Music.

Whilst studying classical music during her formative years, she also began singing, writing songs and playing the piano.

Her international performance career began after she landed a contract playing piano and singing in Hakone, Japan - a popular hot springs destination a few hours from Tokyo.

As a vocalist and topline writer, she has released music via labels such as Trap Nation (US), Magic Music (US), Tribal Trap (Netherlands), Lacuna (UK), and Paradise Music (US). Her collaborations have gained over 3 million Spotify streams to date (2022).

She has also written for Thai pop idol and ex BNK48 member ‘Jan Chan’, two songs of which debuted at #2 in Thailand’s iTunes Charts. A piano ballad she wrote for the star ‘Piece of Home’ was featured in a LINE TV drama and quickly gained over 1 million streams on the popular Thai streaming platform.

Now based in Brisbane, her passion for flute has lead her to enter the DJ scene, performing at some of Queenslands most beautiful venues. Combining her years of classical training with her creative music ability, Holly’s flute playing adds a touch of style and sophistication.
